Essentially Impression's main focus is geared towards providing reasonably priced product solutions as an alternative to costly original (OEM) cartridge-supplies.

Impression's motivation began with a study of both the domestic & international markets, where ostensibly these consumables are unaffordable to most printer users.

With ever-increasing financial constraints for consumers in RSA, coalesced with a highly volatile Rand, it seems most appropriate that moderately priced options are made available in opposition to original printing supplies.

As with almost all products, and certainly with consumable-based lines, numerous options abound; giving customers the freedom to select what they wish to purchase. However, many global OEM's (original equipment manufacturers) - in the printer industry - have gone to great lengths and expensive to patent and otherwise restrict the general publics’ right and freedom to choice.

So entrenched has this habit become, that numerous OEM's market their printers below cost in a bid to capturing unsuspecting consumers after the printer sale; completing this dubious commercial cycle in pegging their replacement cartridge costs unjustifiably high.

Impression has a strong base of dealers domestically, regionally and indeed internationally. Other than in the KZN province of RSA, Impression only distributes its products to registered dealers.

Impression has invested heavily in a state-of-the-art inkjet remanufacturing plant that comprises multiple machines for both black and colour inkjet remanufacture - along with cleaning and evacuation facilities in preparing cartridges for filling.
